client events that work for you

A welcoming A Board, with information on the Beaver Travel Cruise event.

Client events can be an excellent marketing tool to grow your business.

Well executed client events are a great way for a travel business to stretch their marketing and advertising budgets, utilising you and your commercial partners resources to the maximum.

Events can bring new and seasonal products and destinations to your client and potentials and well planned events can drive enquiries and sales to your business months prior to your event, with targeted and well planned pre-event marketing.

Event marketing can help you reconnect with lapsed clients, promote client referrals and bring new clients and business to you, all wrapped up in the feel-factor you get from the person to person interaction of a well run event.

Client events can be big or small!

Your event could offer as little as two or three suppliers/exhibitors, in your office (like this image of a recent Japan and South Korea event at Beaver Travel, featuring Inside Japan) or be larger affair, in a local venue, with proper planning these events all can make in impactful affect on your business, and offer excellent value on multiple metrics.

How do you measure the success of your event?

There are many metrics that you could employ for judging the success of your event, of course footfall is crucial, however the quality of your visitors is important too, especially to your exhibitors, who have invested their finite resources at your event.

Of course enquiries and bookings generated from the show will be critical for judging success, however the goodwill of clients waxing lyrical about your business in-event are invaluable for driving new clients, and that feel-good factor previously mentioned.

Another hidden benefit of face to face events is re-connecting with old or perhaps lapsed clients, new followers on your socials, and an incredible PR boost full of positivity for your business.

As previously mentioned, a major success for your business is the marketing blitz that a well managed pre-event campaign can offer, ensuring your business is front and centre in your client's mind when they are considering their next travel plans, or perhaps simply to just recommending you to a friend or colleague.

Thanks go to Beaver Travel (Radlett) for use of these images from recent in-store events.
